Dear Colleagues, Friends, and Esteemed Members of the Paediatric Health Community,
It is with great pleasure and pride that we welcome you to the Second Biennial Malaysian Congress of Paediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology & Nutrition, taking place from 5–6 June 2026, with a dedicated Pre-Congress Programme on Paediatric Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) on 4 June 2026.
Following the success of our inaugural congress, we are thrilled to bring together healthcare professionals, researchers, and allied experts from across Malaysia and beyond for another exciting gathering of minds and missions.
In this congress, we gather under the theme:
“Precision Medicine in Pediatric Gastroenterology, Liver and Nutrition”
As the landscape of medicine rapidly evolves, this congress aims to explore how precision medicine—through advancements in genomics, molecular diagnostics, and targeted therapies—is transforming the way we care for children with gastrointestinal, hepatic, and nutritional disorders. From personalized nutrition strategies to genetic profiling and data-driven clinical decisions, we stand at the threshold of a new era in paediatric care.
We are especially honoured to collaborate with the Asian Pan-Pacific Society of Paediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology & Nutrition (APPSPGHAN) for our Pre-Congress IBD Programme, which will focus on the latest developments, clinical approaches, and research in the management of paediatric inflammatory bowel disease—a condition of growing global relevance.
Throughout the congress, you can expect a rich scientific programme featuring:
Whether you are a clinician, researcher, allied health professional, trainee, or medical students, this congress offers a unique platform to share knowledge, exchange ideas, and build collaborations that will shape the future of paediatric gastroenterology, hepatology, and nutrition in Malaysia and the Asia-Pacific region.

Discover its world-renowned cuisine, rich multicultural heritage, iconic landmarks, and warm Malaysian hospitality.
