Registration

All delegates are required to register at the Registration Counter, located at foyer area of lobby, with the given registration confirmation. Kindly show us your Congress registration confirmation email to collect your name tag. All Congress delegates and exhibitors must always wear their nametags during this Congress.

Electronic Poster Presentation Panels

Poster panels are located at the Poster Area in Taming Sari III Hall.

Abstract Copy

As a go-green initiative, the organising committee has decided not to print the abstract book.

Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Points

MMA CPD points will be awarded to all attendees who attended the Congress. The delegate attendance list will be submitted to the respective bodies awarding the CPD for the respective profession after the Congress

E-Certificate of Attendance

E-Certificate will be provided after the Congress. It will be downloadable from the website two (2) days after the Congress ends, All delegates are required to complete the feedback form to download the e-certificate.

Dress Code

The dress code for the meeting is smart casual. Delegates are advised to bring along a jacket as the venue is airconditioned.

Parking

RM12.70nett for non in-house participants

• Validation of your parking ticket may be done at the reception counter.

RM5.30nett for in-house guest

• Validation of your parking ticket may be done at the reception counter upon your room checkout.

Prayer Room

The prayer room for Muslim delegates is located on Level 1.

Getting Around

Royale Chulan Kuala Lumpur’s location is minutes away from the city’s key destinations. The hotel is in the Kuala Lumpur City Centre area at Bukit Bintang, the entertainment and shopping district of Malaysia’s capital. It is a 2-minute walk to Pavilion Kuala Lumpur shopping mall. The iconic Petronas Twin Towers and Suria Kuala Lumpur City Centre area 3-minute drive away. Additionally, our hotel in KL is only a 45-minute drive from Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA).

Lost and Found

Please take care of all your belongings. The organiser and secretariat will not be held responsible for any loss, theft or damage to personal belongings. Lost-and-found enquiries can be made at the Registration Counter.

Congress Lanyard

Each delegate will receive a complimentary lanyard and gift. Kindly be advised that in accordance with our go-green initiative, no replacements will be provided. On the last day, you may opt to return your lanyard at the Registration Counter if you do not want to keep it. The returned lanyard will be collected and sent to the recycling centre.
